Please contact our customer service to process your return or exchange within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). Email us at: cs@topwedding.com

Conditions for Return or Exchange:
*Lingerie & Made-to-order Dresses & Shoes ( both standard & custom size) cannot be returned or exchanged if the items have been processed in accordance with your order specifications (size & color).
*Dresses with Quick label is eligible for unconditional return within 7 days upon receiving. The dress should be returned in original condition to us. For detailed return address, please contact our customer service at: cs@topwedding.com.
*For all the other items besides the ones listed above, we provide unconditional return service.

Eligible for Return or Exchange at Our Cost:
*Dress & Shoes made in wrong size or color are eligible for a free exchange or a full refund.
*Mis-shipped items (items shipped different from items ordered), exchange or reissue are covered by us, you may also return it for a full refund.
*Defected items during shipping or processing, once confirmed, you can choose exchanged items or return for a full refund.

Life-time Free Alterations Service for Made-to-order Dresses
*For custom size orders only; standard size orders are not included in this policy.
*Size modification only, style change is not available; Sizing up alteration is not available at the moment.
*Free resizing, all shipping charges at your own cost.

How to Return?
US Customers can easily ship the items to our US address. (This service is available in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico.)
Customers from countries besides US will need to send products to our warehouse in China.


*Ship the item(s) back with any trackable economy shipping method, at your expense first and include your order ID, your name and phone number. Email at: cs@topwedding.com to inform us the tracking number and link.
*Upon package received, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
*Refund will be released the same way as your original payment method. 15-20 business days will be required for the bank to process refund to your Credit Card; Refund through Paypal is instant to your account.
*We will refund you the shipping charges if your order is eligible for Return or Exchange at Our Cost Conditions listed above. For other return or exchange caused only by personal reason, you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.

Notice:
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unmodified with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right not to process the refund or exchange if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
