1.Q: What is your return Policy?
  • No returns or exchanges for Lingerie & Dresses & Shoes. If the product you received is not correct, just like wrong color or incorrect size, return or exchange is acceptable after you confirmed with our customer service.
  • No returns or exchanges for personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings).
  • Dresses with label "Ships within 24 hours" are eligible for unconditional return within 7 days upon receiving. This kind of dresses are our in-stock(ready to wear) products, which will be shipped out in 24 hours after your payment is cleared. Please note the dress should be returned to us in original condition.
  • For all the other items, we provide unconditional return service.
  • Refund for free shipping dresses and shoes, we will deduct $15 as shipping fee for each dress or shoes. $30 for two items, $45 for three items, the rest may be deduced by analogy .

3.Q: In what conditions, you pay the return or exchange fee?
  • Dress & Shoes made in wrong size or color, are eligible for a free exchange or a full refund at our cost.
  • Incorrect items received, exchange or reissue are covered by us, you can also return it for a full refund at our cost.
  • Defected items during shipping or processing, once confirmed, you can choose exchanged items or return for a full refund at our cost.
For all the other conditions, customer needs to pay the return or exchange fee.
4.Q: Where do I return the items to?
We have different warehouses, so please contact our Customer service at cs@towedding.com for details before you return the item.
5.Q: I've returned my item, how soon will the payment be refunded to me?

After we get your returned parcel and confirmed it is in original condition

6.Q: What if I received Defective/Broken items?
You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirmed you received the defective or broken items. Please send some picture proof as we required to the customer service at cs@topwedding.com upon your receiving of the package.
